here. My name is Delia Heston, I am the Register of Deeds of Jefferson County, Kansas.
The Register of Deeds is a county wide elected position serving a four year term.
I began serving my term in January 1997.
I am thrilled to say that since that time I have gotten to experience
the beginning of the transformation from all hand written records to the world of
electronic records. We have gone through several stages of the transition and I
expect to experience more in the near future.
My staff consist of one deputy, and one clerk. The staff strives to
make your transaction with the Register of Deeds office a pleasant experience.
